Three questions to...
Claudia Rubint

How can I use my perfectionism to my advantage, and where is it needed? In the assembly department, the engine is mechanically finished and tested. Since the procedures for finishing and final assembly of the engine are always the same, it’s especially important to stay focused here. Everything must always be done 100% correctly, which is why we bear a lot of responsibility here.

What is your role at Heidrive?
Our department operates on a shift schedule, which means I sometimes work in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. In assembly, we have more to do than you might think—from the preliminary work all the way through to the final steps of final assembly. We’re responsible for finishing, repairing, and testing the motors. If a product has defects, it’s forwarded to us by Quality Assurance, and we fix them. We also assemble the motors. Simply put, that means we put the motor together and send it to the test bench for testing. So we do hands-on work, but we also use computers. In the assembly department, it’s especially important to work precisely and carefully.

How did you end up at Heidrive?
A friend who worked here first told me about the company. She said they were looking for more employees and suggested I apply. Since my German wasn’t very good back then, I hesitated a bit and felt unsure, but I was welcomed very warmly right from my first interview. I completed a one-day trial and was then hired full-time.

What do you appreciate most?
What I especially like about Heidrive is the camaraderie and teamwork. Thanks to the strong sense of security we have here, the work is very relaxed and incredibly fun.

For me, Heidrive is…
…a big, wonderful community where everyone always sticks together!
