Heidrive GmbH treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the current legal data protection regulations of the Data Protection Basic Regulation (DSGVO) and this data protection declaration.

When you use this website, various personal data is collected, which is explained to you in more detail under "2. collection, processing and use of personal data".
This data protection declaration explains which data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.

2. Collection, processing and use of personal data
When using this website, various personal data is collected.

Personal data is information about your personal or factual circumstances (e.g. IP address, name, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address).

We collect, process and use the personal data provided by you only for the purpose of contract implementation, processing your inquiries and for the establishment, implementation or termination of a legal or similar contractual relationship. Such a relationship arises, for example, when you contact us to obtain information about us or our products.

A use of your personal data for the receipt of advertising and for market research will only take place with your consent.


2.1 Server log files
Whenever you visit our website, server log files from your Internet browser, so-called data protocols, are transmitted to our web space provider.
These contain the following information:

- IP address (Internet Protocol address for data transport)

- Source (from where you came to our site)
- Page accesses (which pages you have accessed)

The data of the server log files are anonymised and are processed for the following purposes:
• To ensure a smooth connection of the website
• Ensuring a comfortable use of our website

The log files are stored separately from sensitive customer data and are not used for statistical purposes or evaluations. Under no circumstances do we use the collected data to draw conclusions about your person.

We use "cookies" for the use of our website. Cookies are small text files that can be stored by your browser on the hard disk of your computer and are helpful for the use of our website. We use cookies to better understand how our website is used and to enable improved navigation. 2.3 Quick application form
For online applications there is the possibility to use the quick application form on our website.

By activating the checkboxes, you give us your express consent that the data you provide may be processed and used by us for the purpose of processing your application. You can revoke this consent at any time by e-mail.

Data collection
Here the following personal data is collected and processed by us:

- Postcode
- Place
- E-mail address

- Attachment uploads for application documents (cover letter, curriculum vitae, school reports, job references, other

Purpose of collection and dissemination
Your data will be used exclusively for the purpose of filling positions within our company. Only the internal position and specialist departments of Heidrive, which are responsible for the specific application procedure, will receive your documents.
Your application documents will not be used or passed on to third parties.

Storage of application data
Your application data will be stored for the duration of the application process and deleted after 6 months. The upload files are temporarily stored on our web server and are automatically deleted after 30 days.
This does not apply, however, if legal regulations oppose data deletion, if further backup is required due to the evidence or if you have expressly agreed to longer storage.

Data of minors
Persons under 18 years of age should only transmit personal data to us with the consent of their legal guardians.
 

2.4 Social plugins
So-called social plugins ("plugins") from social networks can be used on our website. In our case we use them for the integration of Facebook and Youtube.


2.4.1 Facebook
When you visit one of our websites that contains a plugin from the provider "Facebook", your Internet browser establishes a connection to the Facebook servers and the information that you have visited our website is forwarded to Facebook, even if you are not logged in to Facebook and regardless of whether you actually activate the plugin, i.e. click on it.

The responsibilities are divided as follows:

If you are logged into Facebook via your user account while visiting our website, Facebook can assign the call to our website to your user account.
If you click the "Like" button, this is transmitted to Facebook and stored there, especially to share the "Like" information with your Facebook friends.
The same happens if you use the "Tell a friend", "Share" or "Share with friends" functions.
We cannot influence the type and scope of the data transmitted to Facebook. Nor do we know in detail which of your data is transmitted to Facebook and for what purpose Facebook uses this data. In any case, your IP address is transmitted, as well as, according to Facebook's own information, information about the visited website, the date and time of the visit and other browser-related information.

2.4.2 Youtube
On some of our websites we embed Youtube videos. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection is established to Youtube servers. This tells Youtube which pages you visit. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, Youtube can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your Youtube account before.

If a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behaviour. If you have deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google Ad program, you will not have to expect such cookies when watching Youtube videos. However, Youtube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in your browser.

2.4.3 LinkedIn

Our website uses buttons of the network LinkedIn. The provider of the functions is LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When a user clicks such a button on a website of this offer, a connection to LinkedIn servers is established. LinkedIn will then inform you that you have visited our website with your IP address. If you click on the “Recommend button” from LinkedIn and are logged into your LinkedIn account, LinkedIn is able to associate your visit to our website with you and your user account. We point out that we as provider of the pages have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data and their use by LinkedIn. 2.4.4 Xing

Our website uses buttons of the XING network. The provider of the functions is XING AG, Dammtorstrasse 29-32, 20354 Hamburg, Germany. When a user clicks such a button on a website of this offer, a connection to Xing servers is established. To our knowledge, personal data will not be stored. In particular, no IP addresses are stored nor is the usage behaviour evaluated. YOUTUBE Our website uses plugins from Google’s YouTube site. This website is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. The Youtube server will be informed which of our pages you have visited. Buttons of the Instagram service are included on our pages. These functions are provided by Instagram Inc, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA. If you are logged into your Instagram account you can link the contents of our pages to your Instagram profile by clicking the Instagram button. This allows Instagram to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of these pages, we are not aware of the content of the data transmitted or how Instagram uses it. 2.5 Tracking tools
With the tracking measures we use, we want to ensure that our website is designed to meet the needs of our customers and is continuously optimized.


2.5.1 Google Analytica
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytica has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" in order to guarantee an anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP-Masking). By activating IP anonymisation on this website, however, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states which are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. 2.5.2 Matomo
This website uses Matomo (formerly Piwik), an open source software for statistical analysis of visitor access. The provider is Matomo org. and its affiliated companies (InnoCraft Ltd., 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand).
Matomo uses so-called "cookies", text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is stored on a server in Germany.

The IP address is anonymised immediately after processing and before it is saved. You have the possibility to prevent the installation of cookies by changing the settings of your browser software. We would like to point out that with the appropriate settings, not all functions of this website may be available.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by changing the settings of your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.

Outside our website, personal data is collected for enquiries and for e-mail marketing purposes and used for processing.


2.6 E-Mail marketing / newsletter data
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on our website, we need an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data will not be collected or only on a voluntary basis.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing procedures already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you have provided us with for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted after the newsletter has been cancelled. Data that has been stored by us for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses in the registration area) remain unaffected by this.

We use CleverReach as a mailing tool for sending mailings. CleverReach (CleverReach GmbH & Co KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede, Germany) is the provider and a service with which the sending of mailings can be organized and analyzed. The data provided by you for the purpose of receiving newsletters or at trade fairs and events (e.g. e-mail address) is stored on the servers of CleverReach in Germany or Ireland.

Our mailings sent with CleverReach enable us to analyze the behavior of the newsletter recipients. Among other things, we can analyze how many recipients opened the newsletter message and how often which link in the newsletter was clicked on.

The data processing is based on your consent. You can revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing the mailings. The legality of the data processing already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you have provided us with for the purpose of receiving mailings will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the mailing and will be deleted from our servers as well as from the servers of CleverReach after unsubscription. Data stored by us for other purposes remain unaffected.

2.7 Use of personal data for advertising and market research purposes
If you agree to the further use of your personal data for "advertising and market research purposes", your personal data will also be used for such purposes. We will only do so if you expressly consent to such use, e.g. for campaigns on our website by ticking the appropriate box and then confirming or transferring your data at events and trade fairs. We may then send you individualised advertising about our products or services or suggest that you take part in promotions such as competitions or product tests.  To do so, we will contact you through such communication channels that you provide us with in connection with your consent to be contacted, for example by e-mail if you provide your e-mail address or by telephone if you provide us with your telephone or mobile phone number.

2.8 Use of SalesViewer® technology 

This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interests (Section 6 paragraph 1 lit.f GDPR) in order to collect and save data on marketing, market research and optimisation purposes.

In order to do this, a javascript based code, which serves to capture company-related data and according website usage. The data captured using this technology are encrypted in a non-retrievable one-way function (so-called hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymised and is not used to identify website visitors personally. The data stored by Salesviewer will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and there are no legal obligations to retain them. The data recording and storage can be repealed at any time with immediate effect for the future, by clicking on https://www.salesviewer.com/opt-out in order to prevent SalesViewer® from recording your data. In this case, an opt-out cookie for this website is saved on your device. If you delete the cookies in the browser, you will need to click on this link again.


3. Information disclosure
In principle, we do not pass on any personal data without your consent, nor do we sell or rent data.
However, it may be necessary for us to pass on your personal data to other companies affiliated with Heidrive GmbH or to external service providers, in each case also in European or non-European third countries (USA), in order to process your enquiry. Such service providers may, for example, be commissioned to send product information to you, to distribute advertising material or to process contracts.
We contractually require our external service providers to use your personal data exclusively in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with this data protection declaration and the legal requirements for commissioned data processing.
However, we reserve the right to disclose information about you if we are required to do so by law or if we are required to disclose it by lawful authorities or law enforcement agencies.

In addition, our company regularly checks your creditworthiness when concluding contracts and in certain cases where there is a legitimate interest. For this purpose, we work together with Creditreform Regensburg Aumüller KG, Villastr. 4, 93055 Regensburg, from whom we receive the necessary data. For this purpose, we transmit your name and contact details to Creditreform.


4. The duration for which the personal data are stored
The criterion for the duration of storage of personal data is the respective legal retention period. After expiry of the period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer required for the fulfilment or initiation of the contract.


5. Data security
This website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If the SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
All collected data is stored separately from sensitive customer data.

You have the right to receive information free of charge at any time about your personal data stored by us, its origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correct, block or delete this data.
