That´s the reason we would like to help you by showing you on this page how the application process looks like with us, what we attach importance to and give you many helpful tips.

An application has the following components:
- Cover sheet (optional only)
- An informative cover letter (usually with salary expectations and your possible starting date, see job offer)
- A complete curriculum vitae (serves as an overview of all educational and work stations)
- Photograph (optional only)
- Experienced workers: training or work certificates (certificates from the last employers)
- Pupils: school reports (the last two school reports), internships
- Evidence of further training, further qualifications
- Work samples (optional only)
Once your application is complete, you can send it to us via the following channels:

If you send us your application digitally (e-mail), you will always receive an automatic confirmation of receipt. With this short feedback, we would like to inform you that your documents have been successfully sent and received.
If you do not receive an answer from us, please check the spam folder in your e-mail inbox first or ask our personnel department directly.
We would like to prevent your application from not reaching us for technical or other reasons and you waiting in vain for a reply from us.
After we received your relevant documents, we will edit them immediately. The selection procedure is defined in our internal process management. Here, for example, our personnel department checks your documents for completeness and compares them with the job requirement profile. In addition, professional and personal qualifications and previous certificates are analysed and evaluated.
We receive a large number of applications and would like to take time for each one personally. Therefore we ask for your understanding that the selection process may take some time.
We are continuously working on process optimization and do our best to give you feedback as soon as possible. There are two options here: Either you will be invited for an interview where we can get to know each other or you will receive a rejection.
Do not be discouraged by a cancellation, as it can have various reasons. For example, the job requirements do not match with your profile or other applicants are more likely to meet the requirements. Just keep watching our job offers, maybe you will find a suitable position at a later date.
The classic job interview is our chance to get to know you and tell you even more about Heidrive.
In a relaxed atmosphere we would like to talk to you not only about your application documents, ideas about the future, strengths, weaknesses, personal and professional qualifications and requirements. For example, we would also like to explain to you the exact area of application, tasks to be performed and answer all your questions.
After this joint appointment you will receive feedback from our personnel department as soon as possible and further measures will be discussed.
If a cooperation is desired for you and us, the contract documents are prepared.
The documents are then discussed together and explained in detail.
With your signed contract you are now (finally) a part of our team.
